Roast lamb with garlic bulbs

Nix made this roast the other night. Man! it was brilliant.

We got this garlic that was one clove per bulb. They were roasted in with the potatoes and stuff.

We had to get an extra shank of lamb, because Arthur is now strong enough to put up a good fight for the shank.
